Shows the Elo of a summoner of a specific queue.
Shows the Masterypoints of a summoner, for a certain number.

- easier integration than before (only one overlay, link ... instead of multiple sources).
- no separate API key required (since I can now run the on the server without any problems without seeing it).
- Updates every 5 minutes or when the page is reloaded.
- It can happen that sometimes it says UNRANKED ... which is only a temporary error!
